Richard E. Gil is a Houston-based interdisciplinary artist who uses code, light, sound, and physical materials to create immersive works that transform invisible systems into lived experience.
Working across interactive installation, live audiovisual performance, print, and mixed media. Using generative systems, GLSL shaders, and WebGL alongside physical materials, he creates works that evolve through time and human interaction. His practice explores the space between computational processes and the human experience, translating invisible rhythms into environments that viewers can see, hear, and inhabit.
